How much does it cost?
Remote support is $85/hour, on-site is $100/hour — see the full
breakdown above. If support turns into a regular thing, we'll scope a
flat monthly package around your assessment so you're not tracking
hours. Bigger jobs — a migration, a new office buildout, a hardware
refresh — get a fixed quote before we start, never a running tab.
Why do you only work evenings and weekends?
Because right now we both still hold full-time jobs, and we'd rather
be upfront about that than pretend otherwise. It's also a real
advantage for you: updates and migrations happen after your business
is closed, not in the middle of your team trying to work. As E&E
grows, that changes — for now it means every client gets real,
undistracted attention instead of being one ticket in a hundred.
What if something breaks during the day?
Call or text us anyway. If one of us can step away, we will — a lot of
troubleshooting can happen from a phone in a parking lot. If we can't
get to it immediately, we'll have a plan by the time we're off work
and the fix goes in that night. We'll always tell you honestly which
one it's going to be, not leave you guessing.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
Month to month, with 30 days' notice. We'd rather keep your business
by being worth keeping. If you'd prefer an annual agreement for
budgeting or compliance reasons, we'll write one.
What if we already have someone doing our IT?
That's common, and it's fine. Plenty of our clients came to us with a
nephew, a part-time contractor or one very tired office manager
holding things together. We can take the whole thing on, or just cover
the parts that have outgrown them — backups, security and the network.
Are we too small for you?
Almost certainly not. We work with businesses of all sizes, and we're
happy to help no matter how small you are. Reach out anyway —
sometimes the right answer is just a few hours of setup with no
ongoing contract, and if that's the case, we'll tell you.
What happens to our stuff if we leave?
You get everything: documentation, passwords, licence ownership and
admin access, handed over properly. We don't hold accounts hostage or
register domains in our own name. That's not leverage we want.
